ATTORNEY
Hugh’s background working in his family’s lumbar and hardware stores helped give him
a unique understanding of the challenges business owners within the construction
industry face. Hugh uses that experience to help his clients navigate and resolve some
of their most difficult issues, so that they can maintain their focus on running a
successful business.
Hugh focuses his practice on construction litigation, with a particular emphasis on
residential and commercial construction defect claims. Hugh earned his B.S. from The
University of Central Arkansas and J.D. from Tulane University School of Law, where he
was a managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal.
