Ashley Shurtleff

Ashley has a diverse array of professional experiences that provide her with a unique
perspective, allowing her to offer unparalleled service to her clients. After graduating
from law school and earning her J.D. from Baylor School of Law, where she graduated
summa cum laude, Ashley spent time at a law firm in downtown Dallas practicing
corporate and securities law and gaining valuable experience in the business law arena.
Several years into her career, Ashley made the call to pause her legal career and stay
at home with her children full-time. During that time, she participated in a wide range of
leadership positions within her church and neighborhood schools and gained a wealth
of wisdom that comes with putting the needs of others before your own.

The pull to the law has always been strong for Ashley, so she began another chapter in
her life representing clients in the construction industry in Dallas. Her expertise includes
corporate formation and ongoing corporate governance issues, including the
maintenance of records, drafting and reviewing construction contracts, as well as other
ancillary agreements and documents related to an array of corporate and
construction matters. From selling power tools to caring for people of all ages in her
community, Ashley has walked a path that allows her to bring wisdom, intuition, and
dedication to her clients.
